I am an independent fully insured beauty and massage therapist, registered with The Guild of Beauty Therapists and Federation of Holistic Therapists. I’ve spent all my life being salons and love healing people from the outside in. After working for a busy salon in Brighton for many years, I recently became self employed and decided to join forces with Ruth to offer beauty therapies to compliment her massage and also offer Swedish massage- a technique I absolutely love. I’m qualified up to level 3 and I’ve listed all my qualifications below. I pride myself on attention to detail and a positive outlook on life.

After graduating from Hertfordshire University in Sports Therapy in 2003 I began my evolving journey into bodywork. In 2005, I trained in Equine Sports Massage where I had the opportunity to work with many top competition horses. I also worked as a massage therapist for the pre 2012 Para-Olympic Dressage team, working with both the horse’s and rider’s. In 2008 and 2010, I studied out in South East Asia learning Thai Massage which has influenced the way that I work and view the body on a more holistic level. In 2012, I trained here in Brighton in Spinal Massage, and this tool has been an invaluable addition to my practice by enabling me to help the body restore it’s natural balance. I work intuitively and systematically with each client to help them to achieve this.
