Citibase Wellness Week

We would love to share a week of health focussed workshops/ talks /classes and treatments designed to offer an introduction to improving your everyday work life and creating a healthier place to work. Most of us spend at least 75% of our life at work  and the stress of this can cause permanent health issues from persistent colds, back pain and headaches to stomach pains and anxiety plus other far reaching consequences. We are offering sessions including Yoga/ Mindfullness/ Nutrition plus treatments including Reiki and Massage to help offer a work-life balance and reduce stress levels creating a healthier attitude to work.

All Classes are FREE of charge but we would like to collect donations for Mind, The Mental Health Charity. Minimum donations are required for some sessions where we are only able to donate profit from the session.

To secure your places please email brighton@citibase.co.uk stating your name and the sessions you’d like to attend.
