Classes available at Citibase

We have brought a selection of health focussed classes designed to offer an introduction to improving your everyday work life and creating a healthier place to work. Most of us spend at least 75% of our life at work  and the stress of this can cause permanent health issues from persistent colds, back pain and headaches to stomach pains and anxiety plus other far reaching consequences. We are offering sessions in Yoga/ Mindfulness/ Meditation to help offer a work-life balance and reduce stress levels creating a healthier attitude to work.

Please book early to avoid disappointment as we do have limited availability.

Classes require a minimum of 8 people so once we have this number signed up to a class we will confirm the start date.

Tuesdays:

12.00pm Yoga  50min class

Jo from Mojo yoga is joining us to introducing a mix of Hatha and Vini Yoga. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat if possible. £40 for 4 sessions- please pay before the first class.

 

Wednesdays

12.30pm Guided Meditation Session  50min session

Jana is offering a session mid week to refresh your body and clear your mind and refocus your energies for the second part of the week. £40 for 4 sessions- please pay before the first class.

 

 

Fridays:

1.00pm Mindfullness talk- 50min, 8 week course.

Brenda Clark introduces mindfullness in this easy to follow course. £5 per session.
